Ceren Tilkioğlu was born in Ankara in 1987 and graduated from Tevfik Fikret High School in 2005 and Bilkent University Faculty of Law in 2010. She speaks fluent French and English languages. She continued her professional activities at Malkoç- Ağaoğlu law firm and Seyhan law firm, and later became the founding partner of European Law Consulting law office. Founded in Ankara in 2017, Tilkioğlu Law Firm has been operating in Istanbul since 2018.
